In addition to in-house facilities for meetings, the Inn provides excellent grounds for a series of on-sight outdoor activities, with hiking trails nearby, lakeside boating as well as golf and tennis facilities for those team building activities. All of these may be pre-arranged and booked by the Inn as required.

GROUP RATES: 8 OR MORE PARTICIPANTS RATES INCLUDE:

• Overnight accommodation - 10 large rooms - double occupancy available on-site for 16-20 people: single occupancy for 12 on-site - additional rooms arranged by the INN locally - just five minutes from the Stepping Stone Inn. A shuttle service is provided. Guests take all meals at the Stepping Stone Inn with all facilities for successful conferences and business meetings provided on sight.
• Dinner on the night of arrival or day of meeting as required for all participants.
• Breakfast and lunch the day of the meeting.
• Mid-morning coffee/tea/juice service with muffins.
• Mid-afternoon coffee/tea/soft drinks or juice.
• Meeting room for up to 64 persons.
• Break-out rooms (3)
• Overhead projector, Flip Chart available
• Wireless internet service available.

All inclusive rates:

$240.00 per person (with accommodation and dinner)
$190.00 per person (with accommodation but excluding dinner)
$180.00 per person (with dinner but own accommodation arrangements elsewhere)
$120.00 per person (excludes accommodation and dinner)
NOTE: prices quoted include Taxes but exclude Service Charge Wines, Beer or Spirits are also available

Additional Charge applies for multiple night stays.
Other On-Site and Off-Site Activities can also be arranged upon request but will be subject to rates charged by the respective facilities.

In addition, if required, conference moderators and/or group facilitators are available upon request. These must be booked in advance and are subject to a daily rate dependent on conference group needs.
